This is another recipe that I got from Lisa over at Sweet As Sugar Cookies.
I made this absolutely yummy dessert this afternoon! It is quite easy to make and just oozes autumn! And if you have been following this blog for any length of time, you know how much I love apples and cinnamon together. This cheesecake is perfect with the blending of the apples and the cinnamon. I cut the recipe in half since I have fewer people living at home right now, and I just don’t need to be tempted to eat such good stuff! I also cut the apple up in very small pieces since I wanted to make sure it got cooked well. Didn’t want crunchy apple bites in my cheesecake! Oh, and the caramel topping is fabulous with it! I used a 350 degree oven for the baking temperature.
